The device comprises a hopper, a feeding system, a pyrolysis system, a solid collection system, a waste heat utilization system, a combustion system and a tail gas treatment system. The pyrolysis system mainly comprises a reaction chamber, a buffer chamber, a stirring paddle, a rotary inner cylinder and other auxiliary structures. After entering the reaction chamber, the organic solid waste raw material is stirred by the stirring paddle to be uniformly heated; after the raw materials are reduced, pyrolysis residues are fed into the buffer chamber for continuous pyrolysis, coke and residues are discharged after pyrolysis is completed, and the reaction chamber starts to feedfor the next round of pyrolysis; pyrolysis gas is used for combustion to provide energy, and the semi-self-heating pyrolysis process is achieved.
