Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an independent suspension tool rack which comprises a base, a supporting frame, a first fixing frame and a second fixing frame. The base serves as a supporting structure for the independent suspension tool rack on the ground or a fork, and the contact area between the independent suspension tool rack and the ground or the fork is increased. The supporting frame is used forsupporting the first fixing frame. The first fixing frame is used for fixing an upper swing arm to an upper hinge shaft of a ball hinge. The second fixing frame is installed on the base and used for fixing a lower swing arm of an independent suspension to a lower hinge shaft of the ball hinge. After the independent suspension and the independent suspension tool rack are assembled, the independentsuspension is fixed to the base through the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame, and the stable fixation of the independent suspension on an independent suspension tool is realized; and meanwhile, the base increases
