An arc-shaped groove is formed in one side of the rotor wing supporting frame, two symmetrically-arranged sliding grooves are formed in the inner side surface of the arc-shaped groove, a double-shaft motor is arranged in the middle of the spherical mounting seat, sliding blocks slidably connected with the sliding grooves are arranged on output shafts at the two ends of the double-shaft motor, electric push rods are arranged at one ends of the sliding blocks, and the fixed ends of the electric push rods are located in the rotor wingsupporting frame.
