An inner shaft is rotationally arranged at the upperpart of the inner part of an outer body of a pile; a seal cover is mounted at the top of the outer body; turbines are arranged at the peripheries of a bottom screen and an upper screen; centrifugal screen openings are formed in the turbines; a first round screen opening and a second round screen opening are formed in the bottom surfaces of the bottom screen and the upper screen; the bottom screenis mounted in a bottom screen mounting groove; the upper screen is mounted in a first mounting ring of the bottom screen; a screw hole plug is arranged at the top of the upper screen; a triangular wing is arranged on the peripheral surface of the outer body of the pile; and a reinforcement structure is arranged at the bottom of an inverted round table of the pile.
