Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method of an efficient and stable hybrid-dimension perovskite solar cell. The method comprises the following steps: processing transparent conductive glass, and sequentially preparing an electron transport layer, a perovskite light absorption layer doped with isonicotinamide, a hole transport layer and a metal electrode on the surface of the transparent conductive glass, wherein the step of preparing the perovskite light absorption layer doped with isonicotinamide comprises the following specific steps: firstly, preparing a perovskite precursor solution doped with isonicotinamide, then spin-coating the perovskite precursor solution on the electron transport layer, dropwise adding an anti-solvent in the spin-coating process, and performing annealing after spin-coating. By adopting isonicotinamide with a functional group and high charge transfer capability, the stability and the conductivity of the perovskite light absorption layer are synergisticallyimproved, the stability
