Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a PSA fluorescent probe based on FRET, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of forensic examination. An organic small molecule fluorescent probe for targeted recognition and detection of prostate specific antigens is firstly designed and synthesized based on a fluorescence resonance energy transfer mechanism, structure and puritycharacterization analysis is carried out on the probe through mass spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography and the like, the fluorescence response of the probe to the prostate specific antigens is tested by adopting a fluorescence spectrum method, and fluorescence imaging is observed and recorded by using an inverted fluorescence microscope for semen sample samples of different attachments.
