The positioning method comprises the following stepsof firstly, marking a benchmark point at an operation neck, and projecting an initial position point on the operation neck through a projection positioning instrument; acquiring three dimensional images of the operation neck to determine the positions of operation cervical stripes and the initial position point relative to the benchmark point; determining the projection position of the operationnotch relative to the benchmark point; and based on the projection position, projecting the operation notch to the operation neck through the projection positioning instrument. The projection positioning instrument can be controlled by a processor of the positioning terminal according to the positioning method to perform positioning and projecting.
