Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a construction method for repairing a joint of an underground sewage pipeline with a non-excavation stainless steel expansion ring. Modes of grouting, coating and installing are adopted by a three-layer internal sealing method of an epoxy resin grouting material, a polysulfide anti-corrosion sealant and a butyl rubber plate, and are all relatively fast installation methods, so that the leaking stoppage repair of cracks is completed, meanwhile the overall construction period is short, the rubber plate is locally plugged, the expansion ring can be prefabricated in batch,and the overall cost also is low; and a water filling test is helpful to check the repair effect, and if the effect is not ideal, adjustment can be conducted timely.
本发明涉及地下污水管道非开挖不锈钢扩胀环接缝修复施工方法,其中环氧树脂灌浆料、聚硫防腐密封胶、丁基橡胶板三层内部密封方式采用注浆、涂抹和安装的方式,均为较为快捷的安装方式,使得该修复方法在完成对裂缝堵漏修复的同时,整体的施工周期较短,而且橡胶板是局部封堵、扩胀环可以批量预制,整体成本也较低。灌水试验有利于检验修复效果,若效果不理想可及时调整。 |
