Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of automobile braking, in particular to an aluminum-iron composite brake disc and a manufacturing method thereof. The aluminum-iron composite brake disc comprises afriction disc, an aluminum alloy brake pot fixedly connected with an inner ring of the friction disc and a fixing part connected with the friction disc and the brake pot through casting; and the friction disc is of a double-layer structure, the upper layer and the lower layer of the friction disc are fixedly connected through reinforcing ribs, and the distance between inner rings of the reinforcing ribs is smaller than that between outer rings. By means of the limited manufacturing method, the brake pot is combined with the friction disc in a casting mode, and the manufactured friction disc islight in weight and good in heat dissipation.
