Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an application of osteopontin for adjusting a flora structure in an in-vitro culture process of intestinal flora. The osteopontin is added into a culture medium of the intestinal flora to serve as a culture medium component. When the OPN is added into the culture medium, the intestinal flora obtained by in-vitro culture is more similar to the initial flora structure, whichis mainly reflected in that the flora types except the core flora are more similar to the original flora.
