Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides thiazolone urea derivatives of non-nucleoside antitumor drugs and the pharmaceutical application of the thiazolone urea derivatives. The chemical structure of the thiazolone urea derivatives conforms to a general formula (I) which is described in the specification. The thiazolone urea derivatives obtained through the method have good stability and can maintain higher blood concentration. Under a high-free-radical condition environment, the thiazolone urea derivatives can rapidly release relatively large anti-tumor active ingredients. Due to the fact that the free radicalconcentration of tumor cells is high, the thiazolone urea derivatives of the invention can specifically play an anti-tumor role on tumors in a tumor area, and toxic and side effects on other tissuesare reduced. Under the condition of a smaller dosage, a better medicine effect is obtained, a better treatment effect is obtained, and the thiazolone urea derivatives are safer and more effective.
