Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high corrosion-resistant powder material and a preparation method and application thereof. The powder material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: B: 0.5-2.0%, Ni: 1.0-3.0%, Cr: 12-20%, Si: less than 2.0%, Mo: less than 2.5%, and the balance Fe. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, smelting an alloy; 2, atomizing metal; and 3, screening powder. The powder material can be used for preparing a high corrosion-resistant wear-resistant coating on the surface of alloy steel by a laser cladding method, the hardness of the coating canreach 53-58 HRC, and the neutral salt spray test is more than 1000 hours.
