Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a powder coating composition which comprises an epoxidized acrylic resin (A) and a hardener (B) having a functional group reactive with an epoxy group, characterized in that the epoxidizedacrylic resin (A) gives a Mark-Houwink-Sakurada plot in which the molecular conformation parameter alpha is 0.3-0.5.
