The method is mainly used for prediction, reasonably determines the air volume, the ventilation form and the propelling speed according to the mining condition and the gas emission prediction in the aspect of gas, preferably selects an extraction method, and efficiently treats the gas; and in the aspect of coal spontaneous combustion, the coal spontaneous combustion characteristics are determined through experiments, and a fire prevention method is formulated from the aspects of oxygen control and time control on the basis of preventing and controlling the gas.
