The turnouts comprise a first turnout, second turnout, third turnout and fourth turnout. The section insulators comprise a first insulator, a second insulator, a third insulator and a fourth insulator. The section insulators are connected through contact net transition sections; each section insulator comprises a sliding plate and an insulating rod, the sliding plates comprise a pair of long sliding plates and a pair of short sliding plates which are arranged on the two sides of the insulating rod in astaggered mode, air gaps exist between the long sliding plates and the short sliding plates, arc extinction angles are arranged at the ends, and the isolation switch are arranged between the contactnetwork transition section
