The protective layer is made of a porous flexible material with hydrophobicity, the sweatingcooling layer is made of a hydrophilic porous flexible material containing a salt solution inside, the radiation refrigeration and sweating cooling combined composite film also comprises a radiation refrigeration layer, the radiation refrigeration layer is made of a porous flexible material and has high infrared emissivity, the infrared emissivity is 0.5-1.0, and the radiation refrigeration layeris the protective layer or the sweating cooling layer or is located between the protective layer and the sweating cooling layer.
