According to the method, a 1# ring cooler is subjected to on-siteadaptability improvement, and a 2# ring cooler is subjected to design optimization. The on-line adaptability improvement and optimization method solves the problems of serious water leakage of an upper water tank, difficulty in overturning of individual trolleys, serious deformation of trolley fences, frequent damage of support rollers, frequent fracture of trolley tracks, and difficult removal after frequent storage in a lower water tank; the solution is simple; the site adaptability is high; and the reliable operation rate of the equipment is improved. 本发明公开了一种大型曲臂卸料环冷机在线适应性改造优化方法,对1#环冷机进行现场适应性改造,2#环冷机进行优化设计。解决了上水槽漏水严重、个别台车翻车困难、台车栏板变形严重、支撑辊频繁损坏、台车轨道频繁断裂、下水槽频繁存料后并难以清除的问题,解决方法简单,现场适应性强,提高了设备的可靠运行率。
