Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a SiO2 photonic crystal structure color coating and a preparation process thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking ethyl orthosilicate as a silicon source, absolute ethyl alcohol as a solvent and sodium chloride as a modifier, reacting at normal temperature to obtain a modified SiO2 suspension, preparing a low-temperature glaze material, glazing on a ceramic substrate, and drying, self-assembling, depositing and thermally treating obtained silicon oxide sphere particles to obtain a SiO2 photonic crystal ceramic glaze. The method is simplein process, short in period, simple in equipment and relatively low in firing temperature, so that the cost is relatively low, and the obtained glaze has structural color and good adhesive force, andis beneficial to widening the application field of the structural color film.
