Application of miR-4469 in preparation of anti-colorectal cancer drugs

The invention discloses an anti-colorectal cancer effect of miR-4469 for the first time. The miR-4469 is used as a relatively new microRNA, and it is not reported before that the miR-4469 is related to colorectal cancer. According to the invention, the miR-4469 is found to be related to colorectal cancer progression through colorectal cancer expression profile data by screening. Experiments provethat the miR-4469 can inhibit proliferation and migration of colorectal cancer cells, and the miR-4469 has a good cancer inhibition characteristic. 本发明首次公开了miR-4469抗结直肠癌的作用，miR-4469作为一种比较新的microRNA，此前未见报道与结直肠癌相关，现有本项目通过结直肠癌表达谱数据，筛选并发现了miR-4469与结直肠癌进展相关，并通过实验验证miR-4469的确能够抑制结直肠癌细胞的增殖和迁移，具有良好的抑癌特性。
