The invention discloses a portable automatic focusing fundus imaging device with coaxial illumination. The imaging device comprises an imaging system, a fixation lamp system, an illumination system, an automatic focusing system, an astigmatism elimination system, a main control system and a display system, wherein the imaging system comprises an ocular lens, an imaging lens group, an infrared cut-off component and an image sensor; the fixation lamp system comprises a fixation lamp set, a coaxial illumination lens group and a light splitting component; the illumination system comprises a near-infrared LED lamp and a plurality of visible light LED lamps; fundus reflected light is imaged on the image sensor through the ocular lens, the imaging lens set and the infrared cut-off component; themain control system displays fundus images collected by the image sensor on the display system; and the astigmatism elimination system comprises extinction cotton and an extinction diaphragm. According to the invention, the f
