The system comprises a solar power generation device, a wind power generation device, a storage battery charging and discharging circuit, an energy storage device and a support frame assembly, wherein the solar power generation device and the wind power generation device are arranged on the support frame assembly, the support frame assembly comprises a base, a lifting rod, a folding joint and a folding rod, the lifting rod is fixed on the base, the lifting rod is connected with the folding rod through the folding joint, and the wind driven generator is fixed at the upper end of the folding rod.
