Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a feature region rapid extraction method for workpiece surface quality detection. The method specifically comprises the following steps: respectively carrying out image preprocessing on the measured stripe image and the reference stripe image to obtain curvature distribution of the surface of the measured workpiece and curvature distribution of the surface of the standard workpiece; detecting the edge of the feature region of the measured workpiece through an image difference method; and taking the edge of the feature region as an initial contour of the feature region,and solving an optimal solution of a local range near the initial contour by utilizing an improved Active Contour Model, i.e., an ACM algorithm, so as to complete extraction of the boundary of the feature region.
