Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an industrial robot early-stage weak fault signal screening method. The method comprises the following steps that: noise is added to initial signal data based on a stochastic resonance system; iterative optimization is performed on the parameters of the stochastic resonance system by using an ant colony optimization algorithm to obtain an optimized stochastic resonance system; the initial signal data are enhanced based on the optimized stochastic resonance system to obtain enhanced signal data; weighted fusion is performed on the enhanced signal data to obtain a reconstructed signal sequence; and a multi-index data set is established according to the reconstructed signal sequence, and a screening index is established to screen the multi-index data set, so that a signal index data set meeting a screening standard can be obtained. 本申请提供有一种工业机器人早期微弱故障信号筛选方法,包括如下步骤:基于随机共振系统对初始信号数据添加噪声;利用蚁群优化算法对随机共振系统的参数进行迭代优化,得到优化的随机共振系统;基于优化的随机共振系统对初始信号数据进行强化,得到增强信号数据;对增强信号数据进行加权融合,获得重构信号序列;依据重构信号序列建立多指标数据
