The waste gas treatment system comprises a pretreatment system, an adsorption system, a catalytic combustion system and a monitoring control device, wherein a filtering device is arranged on a pretreatment gas passage of the pretreatment system; waste gas entering the pretreatment gas passage is filtered through the filtering device to obtain primary purified gas; an adsorption gas passage and an adsorption chamber positioned on the adsorption gas passage are formed in the adsorption system; the primary purified gas is introduced into the adsorption chamber through the adsorption gas passage; organic steam impurities in the primary purified gas are adsorbed through an adsorption part in the adsorption chamber; a desorption gas passage and a combustion chamber positioned on the desorption gas passage are formed in the catalytic combustion system; the organic steam impurities adsorbed in the adsorption chamber are introduced into thecombustion chamber throug
