The vertical windmill comprises a vertically-arranged windmill rotating tower, the windmill rotating tower comprises vertically-arranged rotating shafts, fan blade plates are connected to the sides of the rotating shafts, wind force blows the fan blade plates to drive the rotating shafts to rotate, the torque output ends of the lower ends of the rotatingshafts are used for being connected with energy conversion devices, the rotating shafts penetrate through radial bearings in the up-down direction, the radial bearings are arranged in bearing seats on a rack, core adjusting mechanisms used for adjusting and fixing the horizontal positions of the bearing seats are arranged on first supporting tables on the rack, and rotating supporting structuresused for axially supporting the rotating shafts and the fan blade plates connected to the rotating shafts are arranged between the rotating shafts and the rack.
