Knife edge sealing type quick-release flange assembly applied to accelerator vacuum system

The invention provides a knife edge sealing type quick-release flange assembly applied to an accelerator vacuum system. The flange assembly comprises a pair of knife edge flange plates, a copper ringand two chain hoops. The pair of knife edge flange plates are arranged in a back-to-back fit manner; a sealing surface is still manufactured by referring to a national standard knife edge flange; thecopper ring is used as a sealing ring, outer portions of the pair of knife edge flange plates are fixed and sealed through end-to-end bolt connection of two chain hoops; and during disassembly and assembly, only two connecting bolts need to be operated, disassembly and assembly time is greatly shortened, radiated time of operators is greatly shortened too, in addition, the copper ring is still selected as the sealing ring; and compared with the prior art, by using the assembly of the invention, machining difficulty and maintenance cost of the sealing ring are reduced, and operation cost of anaccelerator is further decr
