Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an order processing method and device, and the method comprises the steps: determining an order, needing to be subjected to transport capacity transfer, of a first user as a first order according to a transport capacity transfer request after the transport capacity transfer request transmitted by the first user is received, and transmitting an order inquiry message corresponding to the first order to other users; then, determining the user receiving the order inquiry message as a second user, creating an order according to the order information filled by the second userthrough the order inquiry message to obtain a second order, and transferring the transport capacity of the first order to the second order.
