The method comprises the steps of obtaining household appliance information used by a current login user; acquiring environmental data of an environment where the household appliance used by the user is located according to the information of the household appliance used by the user; according to the environment data and a preset environment quality judgment standard, determining whether the environment quality of the environment where the user is located reaches the standard or not; if it is determined that the environment quality does not reach the standard, matching the type of the household appliance needing to be added by the user according to a non-standard item and the information of the household appliance used by the user; and sending corresponding household appliance recommendation information according to the matched household appliance type needing to be added by the user.
