The heat exchanger comprises an inner pipe, an outer pipe, a connector base, a seal base, a tail pipe base, a first connector and a second connector. The head of the inner pipe is connected to the bottom of the connector base. The top of the seal base is connected to the bottom of the connector base. The bottom of the seal base is connected with thehead of the outer pipe. The outer pipe sleeves the exterior of the inner pipe. A set space is formed among the inner wall of the outer pipe, the inner wall of the seal base and the outer wall of theinner pipe. The tail of the inner pipe and the tail of the outer pipe are connected with the tail pipe base. A notch is formed in the tail end of the inner pipe.
