Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a beneficiation process for improving rutile electric separation efficiency based on microwave pretreatment. The method comprises the steps that (1) microwave heating modification is performed in a process that rutile rough concentrate raw materials are conveyed to an ore machine through a box type belt, heating power ranges from 25 kg/kw to 35 kg/kw, a frequency ranges from3500 MHZ to 4000 MHZ, and an ore feeding amount ranges from 40 kg/min to 60 kg/min; (2) high-voltage electric separation roughing is performed, a voltage is 40 to 50 kV, a rotating speed of a rolleris 160 to 180 r/min, and rutile roughing concentrate and tailings are obtained; and (3) the rutile roughing concentrate is subjected to high-voltage electric separation and concentration, the voltageis 50 to 55 kV, the rotating speed of the roller is 120 to 130 r/min, and rutile concentrate and rutile middlings are obtained.
