SEALED, THERMALLY INSULATING TANK INCLUDING DEVICES FOR ANCHORING PRIMARY INSULATING PANELS TO SECONDARY INSULATING PANELS

The invention relates to a sealed, thermally insulating tank on-board a ship, each of the tank walls including a secondary thermally insulating barrier, a secondary sealing membrane, a primary thermally insulating barrier and a primary sealing membrane; primary insulating panels of each wall of a ballast zone (9, 11, 12, 13, 14) being anchored to secondary insulating panels of said wall of a ballast zone (9, 11, 12, 13, 14) by means of first anchoring devices; and primary insulating panels of each wall outside of the ballast zone (8, 10, 15, 16) being anchored to secondary insulating panels ofsaid wall outside of the ballast zone (8, 10, 15, 16) by means of second anchoring devices; the first anchoring devices are each provided with n1 resilient members, and the second anchoring devices are each provided with n2 resilient members offering resilient anchoring and are arranged to provide rigid anchoring of the primary insulating panels on the secondary insulating panels, n2 being an integer greater than or equa
