ENGRAVED AND EMBOSSED EMBOSSING MOLD ROLLER HAVING INTERLOCKING STRUCTURE USED FOR MANUFACTURING EMBOSSED METAL PIPE

The present invention relates to an engraved and embossed embossing mold roller having an interlocking structure, wherein, in order to solve a problem in that when an embossed pipe is manufactured using a pipe making machine for manufacturing a metal pipe, corrugated embossing patterns formed on an embossed metal plate may be deformed in the process of passing through a curved-male-and-female-interlocking-horizontal-roller and a circularization-interlocking-horizontal-and-vertical-roller of the pipe making machine, as a result of which the welding is impossible due to the inconsistency in thecorrugated embossing patterns, a plane having a small width is formed in the lengthwise direction at each of both side edges of the embossed metal plate to be lower than the embossing pattern layer, so that a joint in the lengthwise direction of the embossed metal pipe can be welded, and a groove is formed in the welded joint, whereby an embossed metal plate which prevents a weld scar from being formed can be manufactured
