Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an aluminum matrix directional carbon nano tube copper plating composite radiating material and a preparation method. The aluminum matrix directional carbon nano tube copper plating composite radiating material is composed of copper, aluminum and a carbon nano tube; the carbon nano tube grows on the aluminum to form a directional array; and the copper grows on the carbon nano tube to form a carbon nano tube/copper moniliform structure so as to obtain the aluminum matrix directional carbon nano tube copper plating composite radiating material. An aluminum/carbon nano tube/copper three-dimensional heat transmission pathway is constructed to make up the respective radiating defect of copper, aluminum and the carbon nano tube, and copper, aluminum and the carbon nano tube are cooperated to play the advantages to obtain the composite radiating material with high heat conductivity.
