The circRNA markers include 22 types of circRNAs, the nucleotide sequences are shown as SEQ ID NO.1-22, the circRNA markers have the characteristics of high accuracy and high sensitivity, and the predicted area under curve (AUC) reaches 0.914, the result indicates that the circRNA markers have higher accuracy and sensitivity, so that the circRNA markers can be directly used as an indicator of health aging. 本发明公开了一种健康衰老诊断circRNA标志物及应用，包括22种circRNA，其核苷酸序列如SEQ ID NO.1-22所示，这些circRNA标志物具有准确性高，灵敏度高的特点，其预测线下面积AUC达到了0.914，提示其具有较高的准确性与敏感度，因此可以直接用作健康老龄的指标。
