Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a regenerated plastic device, in particular to a pre-treatment device for regenerated plastic polycarbonate production. The invention aims to provide the pre-treatment devicefor regenerated plastic polycarbonate production. The pre-treatment device for regenerated plastic polycarbonate production comprises a bottom plate, a left supporting plate, a right supporting plate,a control display screen, a top plate, a cleaning and deplating mechanism, a crushing and screening mechanism and a coloring and discharging mechanism. The left part of the top end of the bottom plate is connected to the left supporting plate; and the right part of the top end of the bottom plate is connected to the right supporting plate. The pre-treatment device for regenerated plastic polycarbonate production achieves an effect of cleaning the recovered plastic, deplating a product needed to be deplated, crushing the product and adding a coloring agent into the product according to a corresponding demand of a clien
