Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a wearable cardioversion defibrillation system with a user base station. The system which comprises a cardioversion wearable cardioverter defibrillator (WCD) host, a user base station, a data center cloud server and a doctor client; the WCD host is used for detecting electrocardiographic information and wearing information of a patient and performing discharge treatment on the patient according to the detected abnormal electrocardiographic information; the user base station is used for receiving the electrocardiographic information and the wearing information sent by theWCD host, downloading diagnosis report data, and transmitting video, audio and text information; the data center cloud server is used for storing a medical record database of the patient, sending medical record data to the doctor client and receiving a diagnosis report of a doctor; and the doctor client is used for receiving medical record data information of the patient, sending the diagnosis report input by the doctor
