Transmission gate circuit

The invention discloses a transmission gate circuit, one embodiment of which comprises a control voltage generation circuit, a high voltage transmission circuit and a low voltage transmission circuit,wherein the high voltage transmission circuit and the low voltage transmission circuit are coupled between an input end and an output end. The control voltage generation circuit generates a first group of control voltages and a second group of control voltages according to an input voltage of the input end and an enable signal so as to control the high voltage transmission circuit and the low voltage transmission circuit respectively.
