According to the short circuit judgment and timing control method, a control timing strategy is designed by distinguishing short circuit, starting overcurrent and steady-state overcurrent by means of judgment, so that the short circuit temperature rise control and capacitive load capacity of a push-pull type orfull-bridge type converter are well balanced, namely, short timing and small control temperature rise in a short-circuit state are realized; timing is prolonged in an overcurrent state caused by a large capacitive load, so that high capacitive load capacity is guaranteed. Correspondingly, the short circuit judgment and timing control circuit comprises a detection and transmission module, a comparison module, a logic control and driving module and a rest timing module.
