The invention provides a power flow analysis device and a power flow analysis method for an AC-DC hybrid system. The device comprises a memory and a processor; a computer program is stored in the memory. When the processor executes the computer program, the following steps are executed: obtaining the AC system voltage and commutation reactance of a direct current power transmission system, the first trigger angle of a rectifier and the second trigger angle of an inverter; constructing an AC equivalent model according to the AC system voltage, the commutation reactance, the first trigger angleand the second trigger angle; and carrying out load flow calculation according to the AC equivalent model to obtain a load flow analysis result of the AC-DC hybrid system. Therefore, the power flow analysis and calculation problem of the AC-DC hybrid system is converted into the power flow analysis and calculation problem of a pure AC system; and the problem that DC system variables are not easy to decouple in power flow
