The optical fiber double Fabry-Perot cavity ultrasonic sensor comprises a light source, an optical fiber 1/2 optical splitter, an optical fiber, an optical fiber coupler, an optical fiber EFPI double Fabry-Perot cavity probe, a double-channel photoelectric detector, a high-speed data acquisition device and a differential denoising algorithm module.
