The water environment control device comprises flow guide plates and a base; baffle plates are arranged between the flow guide plates and the base; two mounting cavities are symmetrically formed in the base; each mounting cavity is connected with a sealing pressure plate in a sliding manner; the centers of the upper side walls of the sealing pressure plates are connected with a separating plate through connecting rods; a plurality of water leakage holes are formed in the separating plate; micro water pumps are mounted in the center ofthe base; the micro water pumps communicate with the baffle plates; and conveying plates are mounted at water outlets of the micro water pumps.
