The invention discloses an environment-friendly conveying device for blast furnace ore tank fly ash and a conveying control method. The conveying device comprises a dry ash bin for storing the blast furnace ore tank fly ash, and also comprises a bin type pump and a conveying pipeline for conveying the fly ash to an ash bin of a rotary hearth furnace. The upper end of the bin type pump is connectedwith the lower end of the dry ash bin through an ash unloading valve, the lower end of the bin type pump is connected with the conveying pipeline through a discharge valve, and the bin type pump is provided with a gas inlet valve used for being connected with an external gas source. The bin type pump is used for hermetically conveying dust particles, and the dust particles are directly transferred to the ash bin of the rotary hearth furnace for cyclic utilization, so that secondary dust raising is prevented from being generated when a traditional belt or a tank truck is used for transferringand conveying, and the env
