Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process and system for automatic ash removal and heat energy recovery in pyrolysis of organic matter of waste paint iron drums and application. The process includes the steps that the waste paint iron drums are broken and transferred to a pyrolysis furnace, heating is performed for pyrolysis, a small amount of heat energy is recovered from secondary heat of tail gas, after pyrolysis, a device vibrates to remove ash through a negative-pressure suction system, and finished products are transported to a steel plant. 1.27 MPa steam generated in heat energy recovery is used by the system, and thus the purposes of harmless and resourceful treatment of the waste paint iron barrels, no wastewater generation and steam heat energy recovery are achieved.
