The generator comprises a UCA primary radiation structure, a feed structure and a parabolic reflecting surface structure, the UCA primary radiation structure comprises N identical microstrip units which are uniformly and circumferentially arranged around the center at an angle of 360 degrees/N; the feed structure comprises a one-to-N path equant power divider, N phase shifters and N transmission feeder lines. The parabolic reflecting surface structure is located obliquely above the UCA primary radiation structure, and the UCA primary radiation structure is placed near the focus of the parabolic reflecting surface structure.
