Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a lead-acid storage battery air-cooling formation method and an air-cooling formation system, and the method comprises the following steps: a, placing a storage battery to beformed in a closed cooling chamber, connecting a wire, reserving a ventilation gap between adjacent storage batteries, and enabling the storage batteries to be connected with a charger; b, inserting athermocouple into the storage battery at the corresponding position; c, starting the charger to charge and form the battery according to a formation charging program, and starting a fan to introducecooling air into the cooling chamber to cool the heat generated due to formation of the storage battery; d, regulating and controlling the cooling air volume in the formation process according to thecollected battery temperature; and e, taking out the storage battery from the cooling chamber after formation is finished.
