The method comprises the following steps: co-dissolving nickel salt, cobalt salt and manganese salt in a hydrogen chloride aqueous solution, adding citric acid under a stirring condition, and then adding alkali liquor to adjust the pH value to be alkaline, so as to obtain a mixed solution; heating and drying the mixed solution to obtain gel; dipping the obtained gel in ammonia water, and carrying out solvent replacement and aging to obtain aged gel; further drying the obtained aged gel to obtain dry gel, and grinding the dry gel to obtain gel powder; adding the obtained gel powder into a magnesium salt solution, and carrying out microwave treatment on the gel powder to obtain magnesium insertion powder; and calcining the magnesium insertion powder to obtain the high-nickel low-cobalt co-precipitati |
