Electronic output system and method for hand-painted images and texts

The invention relates to an electronic output system and method for hand-painted images and texts, and the system comprises: a layer recognition module which is used for carrying out the layer division of the hand-painted images and texts according to the handwriting attributes of the hand-painted images and texts in an output instruction; a handwriting conversion module which is used for respectively converting the obtained handwriting in each image layer into stroke paths and converting the stroke paths into computer languages; and an output module which is used for sequentially drawing, writing and outputting each layer according to the computer language. According to the invention, it is convenient for a party not to stay on site; and under the condition that the user needs to sign ordraw, the user is replaced by the electronic output system of the hand-painted image-text to output the hand-painted image-text, so that an image-text output result which is extremely high in hand-painted image-text similarit
