The strain is Bacillus subtilis F9, is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on June 19, 2013, and has a preservation number of CGMCC NO. 7764. The strain is applied to preparation of the rapamycin derivatives through transformation. The strain has a transformation effect on rapamycin, rapamycin is adopted as a substrate by the strain, and a C1 product is obtained after cultivation;and it is found through nuclear magnetic analysis that the structure of the C1 product is 43-beta-D-glucopyranose-rapamycin, and the C1 product has an anti-tumor effect. 本发明涉及微生物领域,尤其涉及一种微生物转化制备雷帕霉素衍生物的菌株及其应用。所述菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)F9,保藏于中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心,保藏日期为2013年06月19日,保藏编号为CGMCC NO.7764。所述菌株用于转化制备雷帕霉素衍生物。本发明获得了一株对雷帕霉素具有转化作用的细菌,该菌以雷帕霉素为底物,经培养得到C1产物,经核磁解析C1结构为43-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-雷帕霉素,具有抗肿瘤作用。
