Blanks treatedthrough a vacuum process are mainly required for stack cooling of steel grades, the stack cooling time of pipeline steel blanks are required to be longer than or equal to 48 hours, the surface qualityis controllable, the steel grades are subjected to hot transferring and hot charging after being vacuumed, and the stack cooling time is shorter than or equal to 24 hours; and for non-vacuum processblanks, the rolling thickness of a flaw detection steel plate is larger than or equal to16 mm, and the blank stack cooling time is longer than or equal to 48 hours.
