FLOW interlocking detection circuit for accelerator

The circuit comprises a plurality of flow switches which are arranged in parallel, one end of each flow switch is connected with a-12V power supply and is connected with a corresponding interlocking protection device, the other end of each flow switch is connected with a corresponding memory circuit, each memory circuitcomprises a photoelectric converter and a trigger connected with the photoelectric converter, and the output end of each trigger is connected with a + 5V power supply after being connected with the corresponding diode.
