Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an FLOW linkage detection circuit for an accelerator. The circuit comprises a plurality of flow switches which are arranged in parallel, one end of each flow switch is connected with a-12V power supply and is connected with a corresponding interlocking protection device, the other end of each flow switch is connected with a corresponding memory circuit, each memory circuitcomprises a photoelectric converter and a trigger connected with the photoelectric converter, and the output end of each trigger is connected with a + 5V power supply after being connected with the corresponding diode. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost, rapid and accurate in detection, capable of shortening equipment downtime and the like.
